A Mediterranean buffet
In Semon’s buffet, our clients can enjoy the influence of foreign cultures, such as the Arabic (tabule) or the Japanese (sushi, gyozas). However, between our options of delivery food in Barcelona, the Mediterranean is the most demanded. Our mission is to offer fresh and high-quality products to have a positive impact on our health; and Mediterranean food accomplishes it. Salads, pasta and legumes take a preferent place, and seasons are the ones deciding what dishes our clients will find and when.
Between all the options in the buffet, the client can enjoy also some proposals in which meat or fish are the main stars. These are high-quality, following our local-products philosophy and our sustainable values. That’s why we prioritize the raw material coming from extensive productions and, in the case of fish, sustainable stocks.
With the goal of offering a healthy nutrition, for our delivery food we don’t use any kind of preservative. Neither we make use of any other component that extends the life of the food, with the exception of natural techniques such as the syrups, salted foods, vinegars …. or vacuum packaging.
Semon’s buffet selection changes every day, so we the client can get fresh products and have the complete experience. We want to bring the l’Indret de Semon restaurant to wherever you want, keeping the same taste and properties.
Planning and optimizing
To keep following our philosophy of minimum impact for our planet and being sustainable, in Semon planning and optimizing resources is key. That’s why we offer to our clients a service of menu-planning, so they can have once a week every-day-food delivered and make it possible to manage their shopping more efficiently. The goal is to deminish the most the leftovers and, at the same time, eating a healthy and varied diet.
On the other hand, in Semon we work looking for alternatives to the use of plastics. The negative impact that has this material in the environment is heart-breaking. It’s a responsability of all of us to take care of the planet, and that’s why we always try to substitute plastics for materials that are less harmful to our environment.
