100% acorn-fed Iberian ham


A totally natural 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham, both in its preparation and in its origin. It doesn’t contain additives, only sea salt. The pig is raised in the pastures of Extremadura and its diet is based on acorns and other natural resources of the locality.

The curing time of this ham is minimum 3 years in centuries-old cellars. This results in a delicate flavor with a characteristic aroma and bouquet. The whole process is based on an artisan production system where the human team, competent and sensitive to this product, is the key.
